There are so many gentle but powerful herbs that can bring balance to the nervous system and help calm the mind when we experience anxiety or have trouble falling asleep. In this class we will discuss and sample herbs that can be used to manage anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Each participant will leave with an herbal dream balm. This can be applied to one's temples to help fall asleep.
