Mindful art making can help to manage stress and foster creativity. This workshop will include an introduction to mindful attention through simple exercises as well as an exploration of how mindfulness can be engaged through artistic activities. Join us for this special event on Saturday 8/5, 2-4pm, and be introduced to techniques that will help you to cultivate mindful attention and embrace the benefits of artistic activities.
