Join Jill Pawloski as she leads you through a unique and humbling practice. Blindfolded and accompanied by step-by-step instructions and alignment cues of each pose, you'll experience your practice in a whole new way. In restricting your sight, you'll discover deep trust that opens you up to exquisite new ways to look at yourself, your practice, and others. When we start to see the world through the lens of the collective conscious, separation and ego melt away revealing connection, community, and unity.
Blindfolded Yoga increases body awareness...there is no checking to see where your arms, hands, and feet are. You must FEEL instead. This class will help you grow more connected to how your body feels and moves, strengthening the proprioceptive system. This class will also enhance your focus and listening skills, keeping you present within your practice. Get out of your body, get out of your mind, and connect with something deeper.
Please bring your yoga mat, a towel, water, a journal to write down what you've learned about yourself after class, and an open mind. Blindfolds will be provided.
