Join Jill Pawloski ERYT-200 for this calming hour and a half workshop designed for EVERYONE; non-meditators, occasional meditators, and anyone who wants to «get back» to their practice. You will be guided and taught the simple skills of meditation, mindfulness, and stress relief.
You will learn how to be present to each moment in your life, finding stillness amongst the chaos of each day. This workshop is for everyone who wants to learn how to slow down in their lives and become more aware and present.
You will be shown in simple steps how to achieve a deep sense of physical relaxation and focus, to help you achieve a more peaceful and calm state of mind.
You will learn:
How to establish and maintain a regular meditation/mindfulness practice in your daily life.
How this practice can lead to a greater sense of peace, calm, and clarity.
How to be mindful and present in what you do each day.
Basic breathing techniques.
32 Breath Meditation.
Guided Meditation (Yoga Nidra).
The first 45 minutes of this workshop will also include Halotherapy (Salt Therapy).
