Archie L. Green: Cleveland, Ohio producer/emcee Archie Green in many ways is unconventional in today’s era of rap. Green refuses to put on a «rapper suit» instead opting to be himself – what a novel idea. Having earned a Master’s degree [in Music Business] from NYU’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, Green is an educated man and he raps like it. However, his message, versatility, and authenticity can be compared to the realness of fellow Cleveland-bred artist, Kid Cudi and respected rapper/producer, J. Cole. In 2016, Archie became an advocate for mental health, having himself been a victim of clinical depression. His introspective single on overcoming his personal demons, “Layers,” which was premiered at VICE, garnered over 25,000 streams in 2 weeks. The 32-year-old artist has spoken to various media outlets on the subject such as BBC News, NPR,
VICE, Cleveland Scene, Cleveland Magazine, and Cleveland.com.

Steven E. Woodard is a Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Worker (CPST) for The Centers For Families and Children, a nonprofit organization that improves lives through integrated behavioral health, primary care, early learning and workforce services. Over the past three years, Steven has worked with more than 100 Cleveland residents to help them overcome daily challenges. He is an empathetic listener who connects deeply with his clients and gives them access to the resources they need to take a positive step forward. He follows up on individual progress with a face-to-face visit at least once-a-month.

Steven’s parents Stanley and Andrea are his greatest inspiration and have been married nearly 40 years. He is the proud father of a 15-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son. He graduated from East High School before joining the U.S. Marine Corps where he served his country proudly during two deployments to Iraq and received numerous awards. He reached the rank of Sergeant before receiving an Honorable Discharge.

Upon his return to the U.S., Steven graduated from Cleveland State University with his B.A. in Social Work and worked with the blind and visually impaired before switching his field of interest to adults with mental health issues. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Vision of Angels Youth Foundation and The Little Giants. Steven believes that meaningful work that gives you the opportunity to experience people from different ethnic backgrounds enriches life and the community at large. His favorite book is The Measure of a Man: A Spiritual Autobiography‎ by Sidney Poitier. “So much of life, it seems to me, is determined by pure randomness. To simply wake up every morning a better person than when I went to bed.” – Sidney Poitier
