Your kiddos can enjoy their Sunday afternoons with a little yoga, meditation and restoration! This winter series is just what the doctor ordered for you and your kids! Everyother week Halley will create well thought-out, themed lesson plans that include breath work, meditation, poses and more. All while giving you the freedom to enjoy some time off outside or in the hot studio next door.
“I truly believe that yoga is the ticket to enabling our youth to feel more confident and comfortable with their changing bodies, as well as assist in handling academic pressure and peer-bonding.” This practice will give your child the opportunity to explore postures in a non-competitive environment while having fun with friends! We will move into a practice that will allow the group to focus on the abilities and limitations that make each of us unique. They can also expect some partnering work and yoga games before a nice long Savasana.
Program Dates: Sundays at 3:15pm – 4:15pm | January 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11 & 18.
