This class will provide participants with knowledge and increased understanding about what works and what does not work in bullying prevention. Participants will gain awareness in how to respond to both the target of bullying behavior and the youth that is engaging in bullying behavior. We will look at the underlying motivation of bullying behavior, the role of intention in aggressive behavior and how build resilience in children and youth.

*Parents, teachers, and administrators responsibility regarding the bully & victim
*Introduction to cyberbullying
